(no subject)
Today was especially tough to get out of bed and out to work. I thumped my way down the stairs to find the kitchen a mess, and my great grandmother attempting to cook. This is no good. I clean that kitchen like... 5 times a day.
Then, I proceeded to cook an egg that was on its way to being rotten and put it on my rock hard english muffin. Yes, I still ate it. I also ate a tasty doughnut. I felt the effects of doing that to my body once I made it to work.
I wish I could spend more time with my grandmother (I'm too lazy to spell it all out). She's a wonderful person, and really super funny too! Yesterday three people came to visit her. They were all old ladies, one of which is her worst nightmare. She's nice to the one she hates though. Anyway, it's just so different to see her light up when older women come to visit her. Her and I don't really have that kind of bond- there's just too much of a generation gap.
I split wood for her yesterday, and then felt really really good about it. Wahoo. I looked like a man, I'm sure. Wearing my dad's clothes doesn't help.
However, last night was wonderful!!! I got to see Matt and Matt. I love them. Bullock gave me a button and for some reason I was just thrilled. They gave me hugs, and those are always considered "uppers" in my book. I purchased an Oprah magizine, and rightfully, Troy made fun of me. But! HE PLAYS VIDEO GAMES!!!
Plus- at least I'm not going nuts over Harry Potter.
I fell asleep on Troy's chest. Words can't describe how happy that makes me. Every. Single. Night.
ps- I had weird dreams, but I'm far too busy to explain them or even try to remember them. I'll try later.
