So! I'm back from the concert! SO JAZZED! So alive this is the best I've felt in awhile, partially due to a really good cry during "It's alright" followed by a good laugh, followed by another good cry and--yeah, a few more laughs then some more crying.
She dedicated The Mercy of the Fallen to Jerry, which was just beautiful. And the thing to do. I'd almost forgotten it was his birthday. So, happy birthday, Jerry.
It hadn't struck me before that I live really near Spring Street, and being the goof with people that I am, I brought it up after the show. She's so lovely? Just a beautiful person all around. She said I was beautiful (godIcandiehappy) and was really, really positive about living in NY and how damn overwhelming it (and life) is (are).

I feel so good, and so lucky to have the friends I have and be where I am right now, even though where I am is pretty tumultuous. I love everyone.
My name rocks, I'm not ashamed of who I am or how I am it.
Strawberry creek forever, man. Peace.
