i found out that a dear friend of mine has aids... he got tested a few weeks ago... what troubles me is he is just 22... he is at the peak of everything right now... he is very hot... i feel awfully sorry for him right now...

Your friend probably has HIV and NOT AIDS (yet). HIV is the virus that causes AIDS, it comes later on -usually 8-10 years after aquisition. However, with new HAART medications an HIV positive individual can now live even up to 25 years.
