Obama inelligible for presidency?
My mom, a conservative, sent me a link to the following Youtube video, asking what I thought about it.
To sum it up, this Democrat Phillip Berg claims that Obama isn't a natural born citizen, and has filed papers in Federal Philadelphia court to force him to show his birth certificate. Berg references some evidence, but the evidence is flaky at best and I can't find it anywhere, anyway. His website (obamacrimes.com) is quite hard to navigate, and doesn't seem to have any easy-to-find fact sheet with this information or references to it on there. The video is all one man, no other references or people interviewed.
In short, it seems like a complete farce. But, still something to ponder if bored.
Berg also talks about Obama being of Indonesian nationality for a bit due to his mom, but even if that's true it's a moot point--the Constitution requires a natural born citizen, not that someone remain a citizen their entire lives.
