An Intro
I've never really got this whole 'Journal' concept. Writing I get. Streaming consciousness down on paper(or virtually atleast) is a concept I wholly understand. What I never really understood was the ability to write about oneself each and every day. It always seemed self indulgent and required far more concentration than I was capable of. I believe the sum total of Journal or diary entries in my life would probably be lucky to fill an A4 page(I'm not counting those ones from school that start with 'on my weekend I went....').
But it seems that the blogging is what all the cool hipster kids are doing nowdays....what with their 'rock and roll music' and their 'pants'. I've always wondered what it'd be like to be a cool kid. This is going to be the coolest and funkiest Livejournal in the history of time man! You won't believe how hip and funky this is gonna be. Man o Man its.......well actually I'm not really planning to update it very often.
See, It's like this: When I'm bored I trawl through the innernets.....and on the rare occasion something grabs me I like to post random comments. The people who's blogs I post these comments on then wonder who this crazy raving loon is, and being rational adults they click on the username and are brought to my journal. Which is empty....except now it isn't empty......because I posted about how empty it is. See how that works? I impress me with my cleverness.
Basically this entire post can be boiled down to this: "I Exist and I'm not crazy." Some or all of that statement might actually be true.
If you're looking for something more substansive than that: I'm Daniel and I write Azerath. You don't really have to care what that is, but you should buy it anyway!
