I don't like to boast but...
I GOT A SHINY FIRST!!!
I'm well chuffed, I never would have thought 5 years ago that I'd even get something as huge as a degree, let alone a first. I'm very glad to see that working your arse off does actually reap rewards!
Now for the PhD *shudder*
In other news, I had my signing on interview (I figured if I'm going to be seeking jobs I might as well take the money the government gives to job seekers) and it turns out I don't qualify for any benefit.
D'oh!
But I still have to go to the job centre every fortnight and sign on.
D'oh d'oh!!
Cos if I don't they might cancel my claim.
Oh no! You mean you're going to stop NOT giving me money?!?
At least it will motivate me to get a job, so I can stop having to sign on. I will try harder, I will.
