Its all evry good and virtuous doing excercise regularly and everything but why does it have to HURT so much?! And excercising daily means I can tell whether the pain is from yoga, horseriding, cycling, swimming... (alright, I've only done yoga and riding this week but last week I did all of those).
I didn't know the muscles in your spine could ache.
