So I guess it's been a while since I posted in here!

Major things that have happened somewhat recently:
-Graduated from CMU
-Moved back home
-Moved to Hyattsville, Maryland
-Worked at the Richard Nixon Library at the National Archives in College Park, MD 
-Also sometimes worked in the Presidential Libraries department at the National Archives in

omg I would have loved to see some of the artwork that you worked with.
Thinking about a career in art conservation/restoration myself, although it's a pretty vague idea at this point.

haha don't get too excited...most of it was ugly portraits of Nixon or Bush just from random people who didn't have the best handle on how to draw faces. Actually, I guess that was what I liked about it, just how random all the gifts were. Like someone actually admires the president so much that they think it will be a great idea to paint a portrait of him and send it to the White House...

But yeah! Conservation and restoration would be a really interesting career if you got into it.

its also hard to go back to school and studying after working full time in the summer. during the summer working so much you actually do end up with more free time than during the school year.
