Keeping people posted

So I've been accused of not keeping people posted enough on Wedding stuff. and I'm sorry so heres my progress so far. I know I want the wedding to be at the beach or by some body of water. We set a date and it's still sort of flexiblle just depending on venues and availability. But the date is August, 22, 2009. We know that we want to wait to honeymoon until the next year so that we can save money and hopefully go to Ireland and if not we'll go to Florida or New York. I bought my wedding dress I'll post pics of that soon. I have Ideas for centerpieces and have begun thinking about fowers. Our colors are going to be pink black and white. and depending on what I can afford I'm hoping to do pink roses and mini cala lillies for my boquet. Trina is going to be my Maid of Honor and Amy is going to be one of the bridesmades. I haven't asked Sara yet but hopefully she will be the other bridesmaid. I just hope she's not upset about not being the MOH. but Trina seemed to be the better choice there because she knows my tastes better and I spend more time with her. I don't know about fower girl or ring bearer yet but I still have welll over a year. We're working on guest lists and I'm trying to keep it smaller but I also don't want to forget anyone who wants to come. Theres a few people that I don't know if they want to be invited or not so I have to figure that out. We have pretty much decided on our invitations too. and so now I just have to save money and figure all the rest of the stuff out but I think I'm doing pretty well considering I had never even thought about my wedding until I met Luke. It's cool how much I am enjoying planning though. and Luke is so helpful too. He gives opinions and he helps me figure out stuff. My mom is also really enjoying helping me plan and it's cool to spend that special time with her. We've been going to craft stores and figuring out what stuff I can do myself to save money and what stuff I'm going to pay to have done. I love it though. I never knew how important it was going to be to me to actually have a real wedding. I didn't want to go to the courthouse and do it that way because I want to feel like a princess. and although when planning gets stressfull I think about Eloping. I would never really do that it's too important to me that all my friends and co-workers and my family especially mom, my brothers, my aunts and my Grandpa. get to come. So I'm so happy right now and I can't wait to become Mrs. Luke Edwards. I can't believe how lucky I am to have such a sweet caring guy and such an amazing family and such great friends. I do worry that there going to have to shut down Starbucks though. because I will throw a fit if Jen, Roxy, Margy, and Jeanne don't all come. Oh well we'll figure it out. Oh and I am currently in the process of regestering through Macys, Target and Bed Bath and Beyond. Because I figured it would help with housewarming stuff to be registered already and Luke and I are hoping to move into an apartment in May. Anyway I think that is it I'm not sure if I forgot anything. Feel free to comment if you want to make sure your on the guest list or if you have any cool Ideas for the wedding. Oh I also can't wait for my birthday because I'm taking a trip to Seaside with Luke and I might get a Wii. and I also am told I might get a fishtank and some fish. So thats awesome!!! Oh and I got one of my wisdom teeth pullled today it was hurting really bad last week so I went in and they looked at it and said it needed to come out ASAP. So I went in today and got it out and it took like 25 min. counting the time they left me there to get numb. and it was pretty much painless. and after that I took a vicoden at about 9am just incase it started hurting and I went to sleep for a few hours I woke up and really still wasn't hurting. and didn't hurt until tonight at about 8 then I got pretty sore but not anywhere near as bad as most people are when they get a wisdom tooth out. So I took more vicoden tonight at about 9 but I'm doing amazingly well. The tooth was impacted and the gums were swollen and irritated. but it came out really easily and afterward the dental assistant said she didn't know how I had that big of a tooth in my tiny mouth. It was HUGE!!! lol but I feel better now that it's out and I'm told that I have a pretty high pain tolerance so I'm good right now!!! Anywho now your all Posted so have a great week!!! Oh and earlier this week my amazing fiance left a single pink rose and a really sweet card in my car for me to find when I got off of work!!! I love him so much!!!
