motivation

or the lack thereof is becoming my worst problem. I just got a new to me exercise bike, it needs some basic maintenance and then it is good to go. I can't seem to get to tkd class, always missing it because of work or exhaustion or some form of debilitating anxiety. I hate it when I get like this. I am trying to get it under control. I am going to go practices my forms in the park with Angie on Sunday. I am terrified, but I am going to fake it...till I make it. Started seeing a therapist 3 weeks ago. I think it is helping
