i do not have personal disaplin when it comes to food, i would like to just eat whatever, but know after the years  i have started to realize i need to watch what im eating, which is really annoying. This is the thired week going to the gym with my dad, and its been great, im getting stronger. woo hoo! he says i should have a six pack by the end of the fith week. yeah right. :]

i was just sitting here eating some berry pie and thinking about how i shouldnt really be eating it. doesnt that suck. ew!  i need to quit. i  want to be skinny <333333

hannah too,girl we need to like run everyday, at night time. i think we can do that, and go to the gym. i go but shes a little sleepy head and doesnt get up early even when i call her a 100000 times to get her up to go.

well anyways.

skinny is in.


 and i want it.
