so i got sunburned the other day, right? well, i was pretty red but it wasn't that bad compared to other times i've been fried. well, the redness is almost totally gone but there is some extremely annoying itching and stinging going on. it's gotten better but i was up a lot of last night and today either in an oatmeal bath or rubbing itching cream and analgesic on my back. grrr.
well, thank God i'm not layin in a ditch somewhere. or dealing with a kidney infection. or breaking out in an even more painful stinging rash that covers my entire body because my doctor prescribed me medicine that i was allergic to. or reading one of the dismal books entitled "a series of unfortunate events", a phrase which here means "an activity that can only result in misery and woe".
ok, so i just had to throw in a snicket-esque sentence. the movie comes out tomorrow! i'm buying it. definitely. i'm about to be done reading the last book in the series so far. i love them! Daniel Handler (a.k.a. Lemony Snicket) is a genius. i love childrens books. their so much more imaginative than the books i find on the teen aisle. what happened to the magic of reading? i despise the books that are written about television series, like lizzie mcguire or the olsen twins. come on. those are probably among the few books you can read and actually become dumber.
anyways.
I applied at hollister! pretty darn cool, huh? clothes clothes clothes.
you like the new look? i don't know who i'm talking to. i hardly ever see any comments from anyone anymore. i doubt anyone reads this. whatev. i love the new icon. emily browning is beautiful. i'm considering the bangs. of course, when my hair is longer and darker. yeah. i think so.
(sigh) i miss lakeland. i'm going down this weekend for dylon's graduation. yay! we both graduated. this is probably the last time i'll be down there (and see Brock) until august. i don't know though.
i'm watching the houston rockets. ha. me watching basketball. boyfriends will do it to you. no, but really, my extended stay at home has given me some new interests. sports, for example. i'm sick of sitting on this couch. i run and swim, but i want to learn how to play soccer, tennis, and football. and whatever else. i wonder if i will be any good. i played softball in like 7th grade and got hit in the forehead with a ball at practice. hilarious. yeah, i never was a big sporty girl. but i want to try new things. i want to have fun. i want to make great memories. i want my back to stop itching.
i have a tentative idea for a new story. the main characters name is Enna, which is my middle name backwards. I think it sounds cool.
so who else loves 24? me, me, me! Kiefer Sutherland is hot and cool!.....hot and cool... wow, that's an interesting combination. He's so amazing! he can be hot and cool at the same time! Ok, hot as in good looking, and cool as in he gets to go on secret missions, wear a bullet proof vest, and say all the cool lines. i've been thinking about the FBI, and the other day i met a guy at the pool who works at the office! and his name was Brock! how cool is that?
I want to be able to yell "HOLSTER YOUR WEAPON!" at least once in my lifetime.
the end.
