Decorated to the last square inch
I am a visiting nurse and as such, see a lot of different homes. Some are amazing,some are pigstyes, others are like mine, well-lived in, decorated with a comfy, casual style. Some homes, I wonder if they are lived in at all, as nothing is out of place. Then there are others- shudders- not going there other than to say- for goodness sakes- don't welcome people with your blue box at the front door- seeing your last week's garbage is not pleasant.
What I am posting about today, is a house that has been decorated to the last inch. Everywhere you look, there a vingettes, clusters of objects - some that appear to be related, others not so. The house is decorated very expensively- fancy custom drapes- posh furniture, but all spoiled due to excess.
This is the most distracting house I have ever been in- it can't be restful. Makes me think of a woman wearing everything in her jewelry box at once.
