I love fall. The first couple of mornings when your breath dances before you as you exhale satisfaction and warmth. Where the days are becoming shorter. The nights colder. And the sleeping is so heavy and restful under the weight of love blankets.
I like the women at work. They are strong and smart. I think here is where I will learn to be confident. Assertive. Empowered. If only to stand up for them. Because they are worth it.
