short entry
went to Camden County Health Dept., spoke to great nurse-practicioner, found out: sugar is great, but may tend to actually dip too low, so one of the meds may be reduced/removed (testing 3x/day until I see him again on Oct. 4th). Might have thyroid problems--never noticed my eyes poked out?!?--and found out my blood pressure was high enough to alarm. Am being put on two meds--hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) and Lisinopril--to see if the pressure improves, if it's something short-term (stress of not being home) or long-term. So, it's been a bit of a day. see y'all tomorrow.
