anyway, (i say that too much in these lj deals), we went to the zoo!
in between solos and duets on friday, the starrs and i went to the indianapolis zoo. i liked the polar bear, and the weak attempts by thomas to get pictures of polar bears and walrus-es. it was hot that day, sweet jesus. i was wearing a sweatshirt and shorts. the sweatshirt was a bad idea. but the hotel was AC-ed! what was i supposed to do?! whatever. we ate at this funny little ice cream place that apparently had good pulled pork. (too bad i don't eat pork...hmph...). i had a raspberry smoothie and shrek fruit snacks. we also watched a dolphin show, and talbot loves the seals/sea lions.
