weekend i suppose.
so, i realized that i haven't updated since thursday. what a great feeling. i've been almost too busy to update.
anyway, i'm still pissed that it's cold. seriously, IN THE SUMMER IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE MORE THAN 60 º OUTSIDE. damnit. it better get warm within the next week. it's ok if it's cold until i get home from nationals, but if it's still like this when i come home, i think i'll cry.
friday - i played poker at sam's house with kelli and rachel and unfortunately owen....and....was there anyone else there? no memory. whatever. then, kelli slept over and she had to leave at 8 on saturday morning, which was really depressing. i was sleeping. my mom woke me up to keep kelli company while she waited for her mom to pick her up. oh god. then i went back to bed until noon. it was grand.
saturday, i had practice and then went home and watched "top gun" on tv. i love that movie. but i discovered that it only uses 3 songs in the entire thing. how ridiculous. it has "danger zone", "take my breath away", and some instrumental song for the sad parts. whatever.
sunday, i woke up at 12:24pm, and showered/got ready for the phat 4 thingy downtown at the hot summer jazz fest. owen forgot the cds so i had to bring them for him. they had a good show and i took tons of pictures for them (2 rolls). then i went to kirsten's grad party, and ate a ton of starr-b-q stuff and coldstone ice cream cake while trying to work the broken DDR pads.
afterwards, i ate more dinner at my house, and went over to sam's again to play poker with kelli, rachel, maggie, sean, and sam's brother and owen. i didn't win at all that night. except i had a pocket pair of aces. it was pleasant. then i went to kelli's and we slept there, woke up today, and went to the playground to swing. haha. then we went back to her house, ate macaroni and cheese, and those pillsbury biscuits (the "flakey layer" ones), and played cards. i went home....
yes, that was my weekend.
