With Love.

I am so content right now.

A public announcement...
I wish to share that I have another LJ for those who have missed it, which is for all the most emotional, too crazy stuff. Yah, I've got stuff I wouldn't post here that I post somewhere else. Scary concept, huh? It's a weird place, but I promise it doesn't bite <3. You can find that fright fest under the name
jadabem , along with my latest post which is, surprisingly, about my strengths.

The downer section...
I am disappointed in the way that somethings have happened while I've been gone. I am hurt because some people's choices make me worried for them, and because there's nothing that I can do. I know that I couldn't stop any of this by being here- that doesn't mean I have to like it or lie down and accept it all yet.

I can't make lime margaritas without a mix, and have decided to stop trying. :-P

And now the uppers...
I'm amazingly proud of my little sister, and I've always been proud of her. Her faults are often problematic, but she still never ceases to make me proud of her in new and more important ways.

My little cousins (ages 3 or so to 6 or so) are SO CUTE!!! I'm glad that they are only visiting here for a little- their attention spans are so short it hurts, and I am sure I went through almost every game I could think of appropriate for that age range and took out all the easily accessible toys. Tomorrow, more toys. Better toys. KELLY! YOUR BOOBAH GAME SAVED ME!!! THANK YOU!!!

CABLE MEANS SCRUBS!!! AH YEAH!!!  But commercials may perish at any time.

We made a commemorative plate for my brother's wedding at a Color Me Mine, and I started making a new Koi coffee cup. It may be good. I got complimented by the lady working there who offered to hire me on the spot if I lived in the area and thought I was an art major! Squee!

I went to Borders with my boys and got Hemmingway's For Whom the Bell Tolls, Fitzgerald's The Beautiful and the Damned, a book on women seafarers, and a book entitled And a Bottle of Rum: A History of the New World in Ten Cocktails.  They all look good and the rum book is neat so far!

Oh, and
shadhahvar: For "Hide and Seek," I'll be killing you in your sleep later. Just so you know. Sleep with one eye open.

Did I mention... I love you all a lot, because you are amazing!!!

I miss ya'll, especially the late nights and less restrained times.
And for now I'm actually having a good time!

Take care of yourself!
