2B is going to have a mystery to solve,he bears the news well from his master.The news that inside 2B parts were replaced with a state of the art human emotion chip (like a Vchip)
master only did it to help 2B.He never meant to hurt 2B he thought it might enhance his soon to be new relationship,since 2B deserved to experience what real love was like. Unfortunately the procedure was irreversable- 2B pleaded with master:"Well whatever you took out then can't you just switch my old part back?" No impossible. This made Master feel more terrible about the fate 2B had to live with because of his decision to give 2B human feelings.
2B mustered up courage to go on,accepted
his new untamed emotions,in time 2B would have to learn to master his own emotions so to speak.
Master reminded 2B that The mission at hand was to find Cmoan-she was mysteriously kidnapped by those MIB- Although 2B picks his shell up and heads home with master,little does 2B know that home is where he needs to be if he intends on finding Cmoan. You see Cmoan is trying to send clues to her location to help 2B find her, via signals from a loyal family servants satellite dish.
