All work, with the exception of works on canvas must be framed properly and ready to hang, and not previously exhibited at the EEAC. Professional presentation, which means clean mats, frames, glass and plexi, improve the look of the artwork and will be considered in the judging process. Oils and acrylics on canvas do not have to be framed but must be wired for hanging and have all edges finished with the sides painted neatly, no staples or tape on edges.
Why don't they just say, ALL "OLD PEOPLE ART" WITH NO SOUL WHATSOEVER--
I just love goldleaf frames, don't you?
