I've concluded that my body hates exercise. I've been trying to work out at least three times a week for the past few months, but the last couple weeks I've only been able to do it about once a week. And you know what? I feel great! My mood's better, I have more energy, I'm more pleasant to be around, the list goes on.
Whoever those people are who say exercise makes you feel good must have bodies that work differently than mine. The less time I spend exercising, the more time I spend doing things I actually like doing, and that makes for a happy girl all around.
