Even More Manliness
This might be a tad gross.
So my burn blister was getting quite big this morning, and I wanted it to remain intact so I could show my buddies at school today, as a badge of honor. Unfortunately (am I sick, or what?), it ruptured this morning while toweling off after my shower. Which is really for the best. I can't go around with a growing blister, now can I? I put some antibacterial ointment on it and two bandaids, to keep gunk out in the kitchen, but now I have it just airing out. If I can, I want to leave it that way, and I also believe they say it's best to keep ointments off burns. For the most part, it doesn't hurt, but it is extremely raw underlayers of skin, so it does sting from time to time.
Also, as of this weekend, my Mom-Mom has connected to the Internet, via aol. She's had an older computer of ours for a year or two, so she could play solitaire and free cell. Recently, Uncle Mark gave her a newer old computer, which is fast enough for Internet, and he, Mom, and Dwight figured that the AOL dial-up deal for 10 hours a month makes sense to start. So I emailed her the other day. Tonight, my mom says her other main use of the Internet is for looking up clues for completing her daily jumble and crossword puzzles. Kinda crafty!
