Kobe-wa Ine!
Watashi-no name-wa Nate Desu.
Its been a very interesting time in japan so far. right now i am in kobe, and before that i was in Himi, a very small, rural town located on the west coast of japan. such interesting experiences and feelings... too many to put down now.
i totally bought a digital camera here. and older model... 3.1 megapixels... as tinier than my wallet, for 12800 yen... about 120 bucks. that was rad. ill be able to take lots of pictures now.
im picking up a lot of the language in such a short amount of time. its fun to converse with the japanese in their langauge... they really appreciate americans who have respect for their culture.
ive been treated like a king since i got here. the only money ive had to spend has been for extras... like the camera... all of my meals and hotel stays...free. they really know how to treat guests here. last night yamamoto-sensei bought ed, miho, and i all drinks at the bar in our hotel, whick probably rang up to about 150 bucks. badass.
i dont have much time now, but ill write more if i can.
