you dream alot when you sleep alot
i dreamed of loving you
which i do when i'm awake as well
and of an old highschool project
that i never really had to do
but it was a video of "who are you"
and brandon and i made ours together
but i had forgotten with so many passing years
and i walked in on my mom and brother watching the video
and it was me a little boy being a little boy
and i asked them to rewind it
but they rewound too far
and we realized brandon was on there too
i was excited and sad
all of brandon's video was mountain scenes and rivers
with some music in the background
i thought to myself "he's funny...never appearing in the video..probably to invoke the teacher"
and then at the very end him and his punk band played a music video
it ended with them trying to act frozen
on a desert road
and i asked my mom and brother to please leave the room
because i wanted to watch it a million times more
