You are 'pleased to advise' me? Well, I am 'pleased to advise' you that I was in fact available and in the flat at the times and dates mentioned in the tracking list, and that your agent failed to deliver. I am also 'pleased to advise' you that I am not an idiot, and can in fact read a tracking report.

I am further 'pleased to advise' you that because of the lag in reply from yourselves -- I emailed you on 7 January and you managed to respond only five days later -- I did already in fact call customer service and rearrange the delivery, which I am 'pleased to advise' you was carried out to my neighbour -- I am unfortunately not in the position of waiting at home all day every day for deliveries -- today.

Further, I am 'pleased to advise' you that we shall not have to carry on a similar discussion in the future if it is under my control. Your customer service is obviously worse than the Royal Mail and your delivery time -- this shipment has now taken 14 days -- can be bested by second-class.
