Stress can be a truly dangerous matter. Lately, I find myself feeling tired and restless, all as a result of my work. Unfortunately, I don't particularly have the time to relax. Mother keeps suggesting a sport, but honestly: who has time for swimming lessons nowadays?
Any suggestions on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Or, you could try doing chores. Repetitive tasks such as folding laundry or washing dishes keeps the mind off troubling thoughts.

A bath, however, might be nice.

A bath tends to relax the muscles more than it does the mind.
