o2. Stress.

May 17, 2008 19:49

Stress can be a truly dangerous matter. Lately, I find myself feeling tired and restless, all as a result of my work. Unfortunately, I don't particularly have the time to relax. Mother keeps suggesting a sport, but honestly: who has time for swimming lessons nowadays?

Any suggestions on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It just gets my thoughts going, and that defeats the purpose, to be honest.

Not particularly. The problem comes with the content of my thoughts.

Then play video games. Those are mind-numbing.
