*There's an e-mail being sent out, intended only for one person. But it kinda gets around because Shizune fails at making sure these things don't happen. ._.*

Ah, Genma-san?

I was wondering if you didn't have anything else to do if you'd like to help chaperon the student ball? I really don't want to be there and the only people there being myself ( Read more... )

oh my gosh what is this, e-mail, 003

Nnn. That's fine. I'd be happy to. I mean, someone has to monitor the quality of the music being there.

And as for a drink, that would be nice.

Ah, really? I do appreciate it...

Might need it afterward, anyway.

((Ahaha. This is good. xD))

No problem. I guess I needed to involve myself in the school's functions sometime or later.

Tell me about it. Probably to nurse the headache I might have afterwards...

Eventually. If not through your own choice then someone forcing you into it.

I'll make sure to bring some pain relievers with me, since I'm pretty sure I'll have the same problem.

Yeah...I'd rather volunteer for something than be recruited into an event that's really unbearable. Dances are at least alright; the students seem to entertain themselves.

Good idea. You'll probably get your use out of them for sure.

Just avoid certain people in charge and it's pretty easy to not be recruited, I'd think. Ah, true. They just... They can entertain themselves but if they get bored...

I get a use out of them most of the time. Considering certain people I deal with on a regular basis you learn.

I...think I'd get caught sometime or another. It's best to just get it over with.
Well...let's just hope that whatever committee in charge does their job and makes it exciting. Makes our job easier.

Like I said, if you need a place to chill, the Music room's always open, complete with a built-in DJ. If, you know, the headache becomes too much for painkillers to bear.

Guess so. At least they might leave you alone if you do one or two, right?

Well, considering who's in charge of it it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I'm sure I might visit a bit more often, honestly. I don't think there's any painkillers out there that will hold down some of the ones I've been having lately.

That's the plan.

Oh? Someone reliable?

That's not good. Maybe a day off would do you good instead.

Sounds like a good one.

I don't like to use the word reliable for this group. But she seems to know how to keep them entertained, I think.

Maybe... But I doubt I could get a day off.

Heh. Thanks.

Oh. Well. Can't have it all, I suppose.

Don't ask for one. Claim 'mental health day' and don't show up.

Unfortunately not.

...That sounds like a good idea, actually. Not that I would know what to do with myself.

Well...I usually just curl up on the couch, watch re-runs of bad reality shows, practice my sax or just cook for myself. Whatever I feel like doing. Sleeping in until noon is also part of the deal.

You know, I think I will. I think Tsunade can manage without me for one day, right?
