[Glaukir shrugs on a zip-up hoodie and makes his way down to the restaurant. His back is mostly healed and he's had a good night's sleep thanks to some sleeping pills, so he's feeling... almost chipper. He waits at a table with a glass of sake and under the table his knee jiggles a bit.]
[Remy throws on a jacket and a hat and heads to his favorite restaurant on the ship. If anything, he'd feel better with some food in him. He hadn't really eaten much since that night, worry keeping his stomach from feeling hunger.
He felt strongly that Glaukir was upset at him for what happened, so why did he want to talk? Either way, Remy was intent on apologizing for his actions.
He arrives at Kuma-ko and sit at the table across from the priest.]
[He's nervous and when Remy comes in Glaukir automatically smiles at the other man.]
Yeah, actually, I am. Do you want something to drink?
[Without waiting for an answer, Glaukir waves over one of the sushi bears, who looks utterly thrilled to have customers. It's holding menus in its paws and it hands them to the two men.]
Some more sake for us both, if you please.
[Glaukir smiles at the bears. They're charming and lovely. He reaches out to scritch one behind the ear and it gives a bear-chuckle and waddles off happily.]
[Remy takes his menu and thanks the bear, a small smile gracing his face. He nods as he waves to one of the bears on the other side of the restaurant. He's been here often and recognizes some of them as if they were friends.]
Yeah, they are. Don't see why some of the passengers are weird about them. They're very kind.
[Remy looks over his menu, trying to avoid eye contact. He knows he was called out to talk, but diving straight to the point seemed like not a good idea right now]
[Glaukir grins a bit, then turns back to his menu. The moment passes and awkwardness comes back to sit down at the table. The topic on both their minds is an enormous white elephant in the room and finally Glaukir sighs and sets down his menu.]
I think--we might as well just come out and say it.
[He reaches up and removes his glasses, starts to clean them on a one of the cloth serviettes.]

You're sorry? What for? I'm the one who's sorry!

[Glaukir looks down, his hands curling into fists on the table. Shame weighs on the back of his head and he shakes his head slowly.]
After you were kind--it's inexcusable. I'm sorry.

[He tries to give a little chuckle to bring his friend up.]
Besides, I know you didn't mean it, yeah? Hell, didn't even really hurt.
[Remy reaches forward and puts a hand on one of Kir's fists.]
Hey, I'm sorry.

[He laughs, bitterly.]
Do you mean for--what happened on the bed? That wasn't your fault either. I've cocked this all up.
