[And like the troll said, he quickly arrived at the bar. He looked around for a moment then sighed, remembering all that wasted liquor.]

What a glorious waste of good booze.

[He looks over to Remy and gives a friendly wave.]

[He smiles and waves at Kevas.]

I'm just down to reorganizing. I'm particular about it and it's not quite right yet...just...I don't know, make sure it's all clean. I don't like making the stewardess work too hard and...hm. Would you put the tequila on the right or left of the rum? I can never decide.

Yeah, guess it did.

[He looks thoughtful for a moment as he thinks about.]

Personally, I prefah my rum to be on my right, but dat's just me.

[His smile turns to a sneer.]

[He's setting the gin up next, but pauses, finding two shot glasses and filling them. He downs one himself and slides the other to Kevas]

That the Captain was inactive concerns me. He's normally quick to act, and does his best to keep us safe but...I wanna know what was different about this time.

Yeah, but we got her in da end. And everyone dat died came back. Plus we know how to take care of her if dis evah happens again.

[He grabs the drink and takes a sip, then looks at Remy curiously.]

[He raises his glass in a toast, drinks and then looks a little thoughtful]

Mmhm. I...don't know. It's a crazy theory, but what if she's crew? The captain doesn't seem to punish them...

Dat makes some kind of sense. Da crew seem to be da only ones wid dat kind of powah.

That of course then begs the question, why is she in Carnival? Is that a punishment of sorts, and if so why keep her around if that captain can remove people...

[He taps his finger against the bar thinking for a moment, and then growls in frustration.]

Don't have a clue mon. Dere be too many tings dat we don't know about dis ship, and I don't like dat a bit.

Dere be too many mysteries fuh just one mon to solve. What's goin' on on dis boat? Who da crew are? Who or what Redd is? And just what is da Golden Shore?

If we gonna figure dis whole ting out, den we need to get some help.

[He finishes off the rest of his drink and sets the glass on the bar.]

[Remy nodded and poured another shot. He eyes Kevas cautiously. Could he trust him? Yeah. Hadn't given him reason not to. Hated the crew enough to not tell them that Remy was leaking information. Nothing bad that he saw could come from this.]

I've been only given limited information. The Golden Shore is apparently the safest place there is, according to the Captain, but our reasoning for going is beyond our comprehension. The crew are killers. The Captain's thoughts are not his own...all clues...but to what?
