Mage ... a magician. Someone who knows magic ... like I'm a Fire sorcerer. I can make fire ... probably control it when I get better ...

Ugh ... I don't know. Any technique would help ... I kind of only developed it on the boat. Though I had magic before ... the actual flames are new ...

But you can control fire? Firebending?

Same ... spells are rituals with ingredients and formulas. Wizards on my world learn how to command magic ... but sorcerers are just born with it ... is that at all like Fire benders?

What's it consuming? Just your energy now?
