There have been quite a few tensions between America and China over the years, especially during the Cold War era and with current times thanks to the US owing money to the other nation. However, on a personal basis, America doesn't really mind him and can hang out with him every now and again, especially if China doesn't start yelling at him about his debt to him. China was the one to break it to him that McD's wasn't in this world and that his 'special abilities' were gone.
Arthur Kirkland; ENGLAND ★✘❤
In the series, England takes America in as a child and raises him. Things turned sour with the American Revolution, though, and their relationship hasn't been properly repaired since. It's much better now than it was, though. At times, America might be relatively annoyed with him, but he does still care about him. He kept all the toys England made him and can't bring himself to throw them all out, after all. When he arrived, the first thing England said was that he was already in a mess sob.
Francis Bonnefoy; FRANCE ★❤
France wasn't there that much in America's childhood, not until the American Revolution anyway. For that, America depended on him and became close to him. They inspired each other with ideas of liberty, freedom and speaking out. In fact, the Statue of Liberty was a gift from France and something he'll never forget. In fact, his Wailmer starter is called 'Liberty' after this. Also, as France asked and seemed pretty down, America is rushing over to Olivine to see him.
the NETHERLANDS ★
While they don't really talk that often, strangely enough, the Netherlands does have close relations with America. Obama has claimed that they are the "closest friends which friendship will never die", and this stems from back to the founding of 'New America', so to speak. Not to mention the Netherlands was the first European country to grant diplomatic recognition to the U.S. Despite this, Netherlands also complained America was being too loud when he arrived.

To put it simply, Russia... is sort of like someone America loves to hate. They used to get along, back when he was young, but now there is so much tension - especially after the Cold War which nearly ended in the destruction of the world - it's a crazy relationship really. It doesn't really help that when he arrived he had a call telling him to leave again.

Admittedly, America laughed when they first met, if only because Billy came on the screen wearing some kind of chicken suit. He doesn't know him that well, but they're starting to bond over their pokemon, which is actually kind of cute.

America watches Danny Phantom at home, so it was a big surprise to see him" in this world. While they confused each other a lot, they seem to get along okay.

America met her when she was being splashed at/attacked by a Tentacruel while trying to find a Corsola. They talked about aliens, too. He doesn't really know her that well, but they seemed to get off to a good start.

Even if Cobra is a villain, America doesn't feel threatened at all. Part of this is because he doesn't 'look' the part he's a Batman fan, okay? and partly because he just... doesn't believe anyone really fears him. America certainly doesn't. In fact, he's amused a lot of the time when they talk.

Hayate was pretty down when America first met him, so he doesn't really know anything about he usually acts. Despite this, they seem to get along okay, and America tried to cheer him up a little.

Makoto was very helpful when he first arrived and told him the sleeping bag could be used as a blanket. Thankfully, this was before he could have frozen to death.

Xion helped him when he started wandering in the wrong direction when he arrived and also told him how long it would take him to get to Cherrygrove.

Embarrassingly enough, America met Yosuke when he was pushed out of the house at New Bark. There was lots of confusion for quite a number of video messages, before the two sorted it out. They seem to be fail!bros, but this is pretty awesome. So far, they seem to be getting along well.

After America had left New Bark, Atobe arrived with quite a show. America explained about the video games and how this world seemed to be based of that. He has no opinion of him really, other than 'wtf?' anyway.
Shiraishi Kuranosuke; SHITENHOUJI ★
When America landed at New Bark, Shiraishi was very helpful. He gave him advice on how to get his stuff back (though he ended up with them thrown on his face-) and also gave him the directions to Olivine that he needed to go see France. They seem to get on well, so far.
Yagyuu Hiroshi; RIKKAI ★
America's fail amused Yagyuu, especially as he even had a special 'stealth mission' to get his clothes back from inside the house. He did help him a little by saying the back window would be open. They seem to get on okay, but they didn't really talk too much either.

America, forever the optimist, cheered Clive up when he noticed he was down about being in Johto. He explained that he might as well try to enjoy it, and this seemed to cheer Clive up a little. It seems as though they will get along.

Considering Asura is another bad guy, America has something against him already - not to mention he was called an idiot and unfortunately traumatised a little.

HE SPEAKS HIS LANGUAGE. Especially when it comes to food anyway. That and starting by running to get through Route 29 faster. It seems they'll get along pretty well - especially with the whole hero thing going on too.
