So for those who haven't noticed, I kiiiinda disappeared off the face of the planet fandoms multiverse okay we really need a term for this giant world fandom crashing thing that isn't just 'Brawl'. Since we don't! Off the face of Brawl for a few months there. Now there's a perfectly legitimate reason for this. Will I give it to you? Of course not. Who do you think I am, Exposition Man?
Anyway. I learned some interestin' things 'bout my absence from this place recently! It's apparently become common practice to try an' use me as bait to get to Envy. That's H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S for multiple reasons. I'll even elaborate on them for you masses.
1. Way to use the oldest villain's scheme in the book there. Man, you'd think usin' that old scheme would be bad enough on its own-- FYI, the guy using this never wins. Trust me, I'm genre savvy. Right, it'd be bad enough on its own, but here comes number two.
2. Worst. Heroes. Ever. I know, I know, not every fandom has a generic Good Guys VS Bad Guys philosophy, but from what I've seen the lot usin' it this time are the usually self-righteous kind trying to get vengeance on 'Vy. Now if that scenario isn't hilarious enough, add it to the fact that these so-called 'Good' people are saying they'll hurt his friend if Envy doesn't come out and you've got a whole question of huh, who's the good guy here exactly going on. Way to be delusional. If you're gonna say your side is better than the other side, at least act like it.
An' finally, we go with number three:
3. Anyone who's threatened to hurt me to get to Envy? Just try it. I'm 100% serious, here. Now some of you might feel squeamish 'bout hurting a guy that has supposedly nothin' to do with it. In that case, why so hypocritical? Geesh, you're gonna threaten a guy behind his back, go through with it.
I'm 'specially calling out a certain Roy Mustang, 'cause I hear you're the Flame Alchemist. An' 'cause I'm so nice, I'd even let you take the first shot. Wouldn't even move.
Right, all this to say in conclusion: stop tryin' to use me to get to Envy. Next one who does it is gettin' a surprise visit and no forewarning.
