Buffy sighed. It was hopeless, his attention was well and truly captured by the other blonde. The blonde who went to school with him. Why couldn’t she get him for once? She was a cheerleader, she was attractive and she was intelligent… yet he couldn’t give her the time of day. No Logan Echolls only had eyes for Lily Kane.
Buffy knew Lily was wrong for him, could tell that she would cheat on him. But what evidence could she show him. So instead, whenever Hemery played Neptune, she made sure that Tyler was around. Just to make him jealous.
