Does one have to sign up to Twisting The Hellmouth in order to write an FFA pairing?

That's an interesting question.

There's nothing stopping you from writing any pairing you want. However, the story has to actually be posted there, and the pairing specified as you post it, in order for it to be removed from the automated list, a new pairing added, and the counter ticked forward another notch.

You could ask one of the many of us with an account to post it for you, making it clear in notes who the author really is? Or to make a bare bones account on your behalf and post it under that name? Whatever you're most comfortable with.
