...Apparently this used to be a festival that lasted from Kanda's birthday (6/6) to Rabi's (8/10), but now we just get a day. WTF, says I. HAVOC gets a week. SO I FULLY INTEND TO CELEBRATE FOR A WEEK~ ('Cuz come on, I can't lose to Havoc.)
