Fanime! Part deux
Is it Saturday?

05/23: Fanime (Saturday)
Up until now I'd always avoided the "let's wear five different sets in one day" thing, but...alas. Well, we only did three, but still. Still. ^^;;; I have such different hair in all of them.
Consequently, THERE ARE A TON OF PICTURES BEHIND THESE CUTS.

Kimmy being Kimmy. If I post-processed, I'd crop this a bit, but overall, I like it. I should take more getting-ready pictures, so I can coo over them later. AWWWWW~ KIMMY IS SO CUUUUUTE~ (I can say that, because she doesn't look at my LJ. ^_^; )
This year's gimmick: hats and buttons from Disneyland. OT3, FTW.

Apparently Riza wears the hat in this relationship.
There was a lot of empty space, so my angelic wife and I had our wedding waltz.
Following which I danced with Roy, Ed...and Jack (out of the box today). There's a video somewhere on Youtube. Was hoping more people would join in the dancing, but they just stood around watching. Aaaaaaawkwaaaaard~ (And that Ed has a really nice wig, now that I look at it.)
Gracia, collecting photographic evidence that Hughes exists. And forgot his pants. You can't really see the chickies on the pajamas, but they're there. (Somebody beat me to it. CURSES~)
We actually wised up and took pictures on the stairs instead of the stage this time. They've been there all along^^; We just never thought to use them...
Group pictures taken, there is just one last duty we must perform...

That being done, breakfast!
We make all our best coup d'etat plans at Starbucks.
Our good Daisoto was supposed to join us for the FMA meet, but couldn't bear to part with the Riker beard. So it was back into Starfleet uniforms for a little while. The hairgel kept my real hair out of sight, but the wig wanted to fall off even worse than Friday^^;;;
Riker and Roy found plenty to talk about, though:
And Picard had a good time in the dealer's hall.
OMG it came to life!
Suited up and ready for the third cosplay of the day!
With a little hunting (those ninjas are sneaky) we found the Naruto picnic. We came armed with peanut butter cookies and the Box of Truth.
Tsunade-sama brought Naruto Bingo, which was nearly impossible to play on the grass^^; (Obviously, it was a ninja challenge.) But fun, anyway~! The picnic was over really quickly, though O_o; Almost as soon as we'd finished eating, we took a couple group shots:
And headed back to the con. ^_^;;;
Well, Haku and Zabuza were a little busy.
I went after some squirrels...
And Kiba went after the pigeons. No success. Good thing we'd already had lunch.
Next, took the new cosplay out for a photoshoot, to prove it existed (because I still have no evidence I ever cosplayed from Utena, and I so did!).

I was so much spunkier when I was younger. ^^;

But I pay for my crimes. ^^;
Kimmy, finally done with the full-head mask for the day, joined us as Haku.
Riker, however, fit in just as he was. (Don't worry, Haku, he'll try anything once.)
Sakura redesigned her dress for the rave (we all belong to the Mouse). We bought color-coordinated glowsticks at Daiso, this awesome little store they apparently only have up in Nor'Cal. Picture the cleanest, coolest 98-cents store ever.

OH! And I almost forgot!
OMFG TEACLUB MADE A TANKOBON. Haha~
I think there's very little chance I would have gotten into this series now, but I loved this when I first started going to cons...I bought all the issues when they came out, and they signed them^^ So I had to buy the collection and squee over it. They drew a picture inside the cover of my book and everything.
...SQUEE.
Up next, Sunday! Funny how it comes after Saturday like that.
(Also...it's really windy out today! But hot -_- But it's starting to feel a little bit autumn-y...or maybe that's just wishful thinking?)
