Happy Korea Day (yet AGAIN)

OMFG GAIZ I DID IT.

Or at least, I faked it pretty okay, in my own opinion. ^____^ All thanks to those nice Korean ladies who let me poke around at their hanboks...of course, I dunno how hanbok-y it really is, but that's only half my fault. Blame the author of Hetalia^^;

I...have no idea. ^^;;; Because people at the fabric district never know what they're selling. It's cool though, kind of shiny with a black lining built in so it isn't sheer.

I really want to see your hanbok!loli~ I think you can buy real hanbok fabric in Koreatown but it's probably pretty pricey. The fabric district didn't have anything quite the same...

Yeah... too expensive for me. ;__; My local hanbok shop wanted like... $35/yd for 30" wide fabric. *sigh*

Geez~! -scared to ever touch hanbok fabric again- Definitely go to the fabric district or something. Mine was A DOLLAR A YARD. And because it was the end of the bolt the guy even threw in extra (in fact, if you want I can mail you a piece, and if you like it, you can have the rest. I keep thinking I'll make a little Korea-inspired something-or-other with all the extra fabric but in all likelihood I never will, so please, take it and make something pretty, if you like~).

I'm SURE it's double-priced though. At the open market in Korea, it was only around $5/yd for the cheap stuff. ^^;; I'll just need to take a trip someday and stock up. *sigh*

$1/yd?! That's a great deal! Thanks for the offer but now I'm super curious as to what you would've made! xD Make it! Make it!

For sure~ I couldn't find anything like that anywhere I looked, it's really cool fabric! -squiggles- Open market in Korea~ That sounds so neat^_^

And haha, maybe I just will, now that I've been nudged. Goodness knows I have the materials. (Although, I wasn't going to ask you for any money, it's just lying around~ I make a lot of mistakes -_- So I always buy way too much fabric.)

I'm just happy to see more Korean-inspired stuff. x3 (Seriously, you don't know how happy that makes me... It's the Korean-pride! xP)

I hear you on buying too much fabric and making mistakes. Better safe than sorry!
