has been one of my favorite anime since I saw it, I don't know.... 12ish years ago?
Hmm... looking at the cover it really looks like some slow moving romance story, but it's totally not. Basically, a group of students starts to have dreams and remember their past lives, as alien scientist's living on the moon studying earth, and have to learn let go of their emotions from their past life. And for all I make it sound like super shoujou-y relationshipy stuff, there's lotsa action what with the gangs and ESP fights and all that good stuff (because of course there is some pretty serious baggage from those past lives, and they sure don't all get along xD):3 SORRY I SUCK AT SUMMARIES AND CRAP and I've probably rambled about it at everyone anyway but whatever, it's gooood.
Besides, there is Kyaa, and who doesn't want a huge awesome cat like Kyaa!?

It's only 6 episodes, based on 21 volume manga, but I'd say they probably stop at the best place they could without finishing the whole story (not that I wouldn't be crazy happy if they actually finished animating the manga! *_*)
