Wow, I haven't updated in forever... o_O; lesse, visited Aimee-tachi last weekend, somehow ended up driving everyone to go Yakima ._.; We went to Borders. And gamestop. ... damnit. They had the Taiko Drum game. I just couldn't resist. I mean... Taiko drum game and it has Toxic. I had to get it.

Speaking of which; after playing it once, it now gives me a disc read error.... WTF? Anyone have any idea why/ what I should do?

Also got Space Channel 5 (hahaha) Shadow Hearts 2 (OMG I am addicted... but I feel kinda loserly that everyone is like "OMG Kingdom Hearts!" And I'm like "lalala, I'm playing some old game..." I haven't even played more than a little of the first Kingdom Hearts...) and some Japanese scary game that I haven't played yet 'cause well, just ask Aimee about the disaster that was me playing Silent Hill (at least it was amusing? XD;; ) And a ton of manga... of course. I really, really need to stop. Like, reeeaaally need to stop.

Oh, Mom decided to go through the credit card bills at work. ...oops There goes that brilliant plan. -_-

Erm, yes, where was I... so, we went to Yakima, oh, we watched Jyuu play Fatal Frame, which was amusing. Especially the scary Brokeback Lady XD There was a candle party, and there was some cool stuff, but I was good and didn't buy anything. (But it doesn't really count since I bought so much in Yakima... >.>)

On Wednesday I went in for the first round of laser hair removal. Didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would. Donno if it really seems to be working though... Well, we'll see~

Were walking by the fountain and could hear frogs... but couldn't find them. We decided they were hiding underneath it. But we could also hear frogs from across the walkway in the bushes. Decided that they were two groups of frogs which were fighting again each other, but then they would put aside their differences in order to gang up on the squirrels that try to kick them out of the school.

Sensei made our test open book. An open book Japanese test seems pretty weird. And we can use anything but our electronic dictionaries? 1) that makes no sense 2) say that ahead of time so we know to bring a paper dictionary

Finally turned in my application for Central! I wanted to just put "Awe at my prowess" for the essay, but decided it might not go over so well with my mediocre GPA :D;; Looked up the dates for the exchange programs and they say you have until like, October to apply for spring. (Realized that if I leave in spring, I will probably just miss Sakura Con... ;_;) If any of you cool people who have been over there would like to tell me about why your school rocked, or sucked, or anything at all, that would be awesome!

I'd really like to just have an apartment by myself when I go over there, but... maa... I guess I wouldn't mind sharing with someone cool. Maybe. I'm always afraid they'd get sick of me

On Saturday we had Jessica's birthday party at my house... watched the first three episodes of Gakuen Heaven and laughed at my Tenipuri doujin while we waited for Erin and uh... that guy who's name I can never remember ._.;; Anyway, we played the disco murder mystery game, and everyone thought it was so awesome that I had to go get another one, and we played the hawaiian one. We were going to play my new skiing one, but it's for eight people and there weren't enough. Then, after exchanging anecdotes about our stupid pets, they decided we should watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I think I finally went to bed around 2:30... didn't bother going back to my apartment ^^;

Was totally weirded out when I woke up in the morning and it wasn't freezing. Laughed at mom doing a stupid exercise video. Went to Grandma and Grandpa's... Sammy is very adorable, but so loud, and I had a horrible headache. I started translating one of my sillier Yami doujin, but there is so much kanji, which I suck at... well, it's good practice!

We started watching Howl's Moving Castle in Japanese Monday. Sensei couldn't get the subtitles to work, so we went without... I still haven't seen it with subtitles, but I don't think I'm missing much. I do like the movie a lot, but I really think the book worked a lot better. It was very cute.

The rest of the day, I pretty much played video games. Started playing Angel's Feather after Japanese, and played through all of drama, since they never got to our scene. Scared some people who were out in the lobby practicing their lines when we got the random H scenes... now with voice overs! I decided I need a special H-dictionary, mine isn't up to the task of translating yaoi XD; During the world's most boring English class, I started working on the second Yami sides tory... OMG, when the kansai ben is so bad that they have notes translating it into normal Japanese... *sob* I'm so screwed; it makes no sense... the first part wasn't nearly so bad. But, I'll do my best ._.;;

Played more Angel's Feather when I got out of English (I will get my ShionXSena smut!) and then I was going to actually do something remotely useful, but Brandi was over, and I was like "hey, I never showed you Tezuka's absolutely hideous outfit in the stupid game!" so we ended up playing through pretty much an entire game after I showed the the ugly outfit. Stupid Oshitari, I thought you claimed to be a tensai? Quit hitting balls way out of the court >_<; Also: five Eijis, flying Eiji and Gakuto, and I finally got the hamster one XD That game is so messed up. Chu.

Watched more Howl today... went to drama. Apparently I get a get a big dog XD Oh, Jessica lent me her Hitugaya outfit to try on... The sleeves are long but the hakama isn't too long, so it should be okay if I end up using it for the speech. Donno what to do about the captain's cloak. We thought it'd be funny to tape a paper with Aizen's number on the back, but it's still the wrong one.

Maybe I should explain that so it actually makes a little sense. Sensei decided that we should have themes for our speeches, and this week is "anime" (of course...) so we were thinking Dr. Hayami should go to an anime con and cosplay as Aizen. I'm thinking maybe he will have a panel about himself or something.

Stupid English. I swear I'm losing brain cells just sitting next to this guy in there. *twitch* This essay has no facts in it? It's a story? It's a freaking report on Inertial Fusion! It basically says "based on these facts we will use inertial confinement and laser fusion in these ways to make energy". It is full of things that (I presume; I never spent a lot of time learning about nuclear fusion) are known to be true and are checkable. Example: "Deuterium is not radioactive" how is this not a fact? *sigh* I hate group projects.

Okay, ranting over, I think I'll go home and get yelled at by Mom...

Oh, it's really nice and sunny out though, and not very cold. ^^

the dr. hayami show, anime, tenipuri, cosplay, school, bleach, gakuen heaven, yami, birthdays, drama, japanese, me being whiney, stupid crap
