In roughly chronological order. The pagecounts are obviously a pretty poor measure of volume -- the graphic novels (Watchmen, Scott Pilgrim) all being significantly less dense in words/page than anything else, and other things (like the hundred pages of endnotes in small type in Infinite Jest) being significantly denser. Also varying page sizes, typefaces, etc. Still, I work with what I've got.
