Seriously. We do. 2.5 of our 4.5 residents have given their 30 day notices, and I know I at least cannot afford half of the rent of this place. Rules for potential roommates:
Must have a job. Rent with three people runs around $415-425, with four people it is about $325-350. It varies with utility usage.
Small pets only, if any. We're technically not supposed to have any, but we've hidden them for inspections before. I am allergic to cats but can put up with them.
No drama etc etc etc
Martin and I are both pretty quiet and keep to ourselves. With Jono moving out, Pirate House is unlikely to remain a party house. If you like to sit around and read or play video games, you'll fit right in. But really, other than the above, I'm not terribly picky.
