I WAS RIGHT! I'M NOT CRAZY!I KNEW IT!!

This is the best day of my life. Seriously. It's nice to know that I wasn't wrong. Nice to know that I won't have to give up on my research or burn it. They ARE out there!

You sure sound crazy. What's up? The bees are back?

Since you can't read newspaper articles, I'll summarize. We're not alone. There are skinwalkers among us. Shifters. I saw one as a young child and now I know I was right all this time.

Definitely crazy. What's a skinwalker?

A skinwalker is a person who can transform into an animal. In this case, either a wolf or a panther.

The name makes no sense, but okay. So... you're going to catch one, or what?

Because you're dumb. It's in the name. You're "walking" in another "skin".

No. I'm going to study them. Watch them. Learn all I can about them. Maybe, even help them. They might need an ally in the human world.

...Have you seen Silence of the Lambs? That's what you just reminded me of.

Gotta catch one first.

I've read the books.

No trapping. I just want to study them. Trapping won't help my cause.

No way, that doesn't cut it. We're totally watching the movie so I can show you the skin thing.

No-one's just going to walk up to you and go, "Hi, I'm a skinner, pull up a chair and awkwardly watch me while I go about my life."

The books are always better. But fine. I'll suffer through your movie.

Perhaps. But you never know. One could, or they could invite me into their family or whatever they call it.

Your book doesn't have a soundtrack, therefore mine is better.

Haha, no way. It's called privacy and everything, you know? Give it up, Hiyoshi.

The original is always better.

Never. I've never been so close to the actual truth. There's no way I can ever give up now.

Get out. There's something called improvement, you know?

What kind of truth are you even hoping to get? It's like, "Look! We discovered a new species of fish!" "Okay. ...Now what?" It's not even a big deal.

Movie adaptions can kill a story.

I don't know. Whatever I can learn. Anything about them. Everything. Whatever they'll tell me. Because it is a big deal. Humans aren't the only ones out there. These beings are proof of that.

Or it can make it even better!! Especially with stuff like war movies- how're you supposed to enjoy a battle scene with so many words?

They're basically people anyways. I still don't see what the big deal is. You got a cat or something? It's like that.

It's called an imagination. But you don't have one.

It's a huge deal. And no, I don't have pets. Cats don't like me.
