[If your name is Mibu, you recently fully stocked a laboratory and gave access to one tsundere genius to sort out a certain medication with strange results. And Miyoko is, if nothing else, someone infinitely determined in two things: Working for his sister, and the health of his friends (or even nearly complete strangers who bleed at him).
So, of course, he's willing to balance both. And by balance both, of course, I mean 'Work 9am-5pm at this medication, and work 5pm-9am to make sure the rent gets paid and they both get fed at 100% efficiency without a rest'.
If you noticed a rather lack of gaps for things like 'eating three meals' and 'sleep', congratulations, you've probably worked out why Miyoko can be found fast asleep on floor next to the lab table three very long and hard days later, glasses knocked askew. It looks rather like he just fell over and decided the freezing cold cement floor was a comfortable place for a nap.]
