Possible, anything is, but not probable. What is probable is for this Madara of yours and Aizen to work together. It is possible that they staged this to start a war between the shinobi, but it is a rather elaborate set-up for a man who is already an enemy expected to attack... I also don't believe that Madara is the type to allow his or his brother's life to be placed in the hands of one like Aizen.
