I would appreciate it if you could privately inform me if you obtain any leads as to who the impostor was.

[Tsunade may not recognize it yet, but sending his patronus was a tiny sign of trust from Snape. Then again, it also served as a precaution for himself, just in case he ever needed help, someone would know who it was from.]

[The doe is surprisingly friendly considering who it belongs to, walking over to Tsunade on graceful legs and butting her hand gently with its head. It's a good thing Snape can't see it.]

Understandable. I may be able to transfigure something into a replica of the gun that was used, though it seems to just be a standard issue handgun.

[Her brows raise further. It's not what she'd expect from something with Snape's voice, but the silvery doe doesn't raise her guard. Even though it is to have the animal suddenly appear in the middle of her room. The woman obligingly rubs the doe's jaw. She wonders how Snape knew where to send it, or if he can see through it, but she's fairly certain he wouldn't answer those questions.]

Anything would be of help. The more information we have, the better.

Indeed... Perhaps someone familiar with this Envy may be able to recognize the gun, though I'm afraid it would be foolish to hold out much hope for that.

Mmm. [Tsunade studies the creature for a moment, but Snape's dry tones don't seem to result in a shifting expression. An animal version of the voice function on the PCD, then.]

He's a shapeshifter. Not human. Apparently he's attacked with guns before. He's a mimic, and is capable of and experienced with acting like someone else.
