(no subject)
My weekend was pretty boring. Yesterday was Chris's birthday and he liked his present, but unfortunately, he already had it. Well, I know what he likes, haha. :)
Worked today, SUPER slow. Two calls. I still liked it though and even hung out at the station for half an hour watching Whose Line after I could have left. Guess that shows when you like your job and/or coworkers...or maybe it means going home is just that boring.
Once I came home Chris was headed off to coach his baseball team so I saw him for 5 seconds. Amanda messaged me to see if I wanted to come over and hang out so I did for a couple of hours. I got to meet her daughter who is 2. She is totally cute and a talker. No matter how many times I told her my name was Jen she would call me "Hey Lady." I decided to call her "Hey Lady" back and she started responding to it. We bonded. :)
I came home, saw Chris while we ate dinner then I came in to watch Jeopardy and Whose Line and update my LJ. I think maybe I'm annoying him for some reason. Can't really figure it out. I dunno, I think I'm just getting depressed coming back from work to a place that's not my home. When I'm so happy at work it's just a bigger let down now I guess. Soon I hope.
