(no subject)
Long time no write, again. Though it's nothing new for me is it? Here's the update:
Wednesday- Went to Jamba juice and intended to sit by the pool and read while sipping my smoothie but Amanda, the girl that helped me get the job at American and also Scott's girlfriend, called me up so see if I wanted to hang out. We went to the mall, which apparently she also hates, and just wandered around for a bit. I stole CW's gift card that he got for Christmas and bought him a shirt. It was a lot of fun hanging out with a girl, I like her a lot. Not like CW's other friends's significant others who I can tolerate and maybe even have a good time with but don't really want to spend much one on one time with. I'm happy for Scotty. Anyway...Amanda and I went to Red Robin to have a drink and I guess she called the guys so Chris and Scott joined us. Later that night I watched AI with Bel. :)
Thursday- I don't think anything significant or exciting happened on friday. Just vegged and enjoyed a last day off.
Friday- Went into work and we just watched videos on cots, AEDs and bloodborne pathogens. VERY exciting, am I telling you! We've all seen em about a zillion times. It didn't take long though and most the time was spent waiting for our supervisor to figure out what was going on, about 3 hours. Then I went to Starbucks, got a frappuccino and came home, sat by the pool, and read. Then I decided I was going to swim, that's right, swimming in an outdoor, non-heated pool in the middle of march. Yeah, it was really cold, but after the first 5 mins of the coldwater shock where you can't breathe it felt SO good. I love swimming! I got sunburned though but hey, now I got color, even if it's more red than brown. :) I picked up CW's niece from school and took her to a friend's house. Then last night a bunch of us went to Red Robin for Nicole's and somewhat my birthday. Pretty much I picked the restaurant but everyone was her friend. Haha. The waitresses sang, very exciting. I also got strawberry lemonades with Vodka, mmm. Yesterday was an awesome day though, I really liked reading by the pool. I need to do that more.
Today- Not much to speak of. CW and I went to the mall to get boots for me for work. I found a pair. They're pretty ugly but will do the job. Thanks for the birthday present, baby! :) We figured we'd have a bit more time to get them but Ralph, my supervisor, called me last night and told me my first shift would be 6am Sunday. That's right, I have to be up at 6am on a sunday, and not just any sunday, my birthday! Grr! But at least I'm doing the job I've been wanting to do for soooo long. So actually it's a pretty good gift. :) I was supposed to chill with Sarah tonight but due to the fact that I have to get up so early we're going to do it another time. I'm bummed, was really looking forward to that and also seeing how big her tummy is getting.
Ok, I think my novel is now done. I'm bored so I thought I'd write every event of the last few days. :) Now everyone else will be bored too. Hehe!
