Its one of those amazing 1 in a million chances of something bad happening (like my glasses having something stripped off of it...)
I put in My Dido CD in, to Rip it onto my hardrive.
I had a mission: make a new MP3 CD.
So, away it rips, and I leave the room for a sec.
I hear:
BANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"what the hell is that?"
So I go back into the computer room. The CD drive isnt running...
Hmmmmmmm
And something is wrong...
Hmmmmmmmmmm
...
..
SO I open up the disc drive...
*rain of teeny tiny shards of my CD*
MY CD BLEW UP!
What the fuck?
HOwever, the drive doesnt open up all the way. Its waaaay fucked.
So I call Futureshop, where I purchased this bastard machine.
who do I get?

This is after having to call back, cause no one picked up the first 1 million times the phone rang.
So I tell him what happened.
Oh.
I say
"Is it under warranty?"
No.
NO?????
No.
"So I can open up my computer then?"
Well, if you can.
That made me mad. Yes I'm a girl, but I know much about computers, and I thank the world to treat me the same as any guy...fucktard.
So..Being all angry...I call the technical support number that came with the machine...
And chit chat..

Explain what happened.
I finally speak to a woman and she says to take it into the store. fine.
I ask about the warentee...and shes said, I cant say yes, and I cant say no.
They'll do a diagnostic to determine whose fault. The guy was WRONG to say NO!
THAT BASTARD!
But everyone I talked to said the same thing
"Wow, never heard of THAT happening"
NO shit sherlock...
Anyways. I can kinda prove that it aint my fault.
I was ripping a CD. check.
It only ripped 4 tracks, then went KA BLAMO...so..how can my CD, now in a billion pieces..be only a bit on my hardrive?? ...it means!!!!!! (AH HA!) that I DID Properly load the CD, cause it was working just peachy keen...until the kablamo..part..of course..
now, I'm suckering my boy to drive me to futureshop...if not...its the BUS for ME! and MY P.O.S. Machine!

I'm SOOOOO hyper. NOt angry, or frustrated (cause the rest of the computer works, thank god)...but HYPER>....
