It's about time people stopped getting so worked up about the kidnappings. If the "gods" wanted to off them, they would have straight out murdered them on the streets, leaving their bodies for their...loved ones...friends..whoever to discover. Such a silly game of hide-and-seek... I believe the "gods" are extremely pleased...with the reactions

It's kind of fun to watch them all whine and cry though...even if slightly grating...

Maybe the Gods did do the whole murdering bit, or even better, turned them into the monsters we're killing...and potentionally eating, then they'll just be cheap and revive them or some crap like that...

Oh well. They can't totally "control" us. I think it'd be nice if they were upset. Perhaps they'd make some mistakes then. Still, I think they're quite pleased with the reactions of others.
